No 8 was converted to student use a few years back and has 5 single bedrooms.  Four upstairs and one downstairs where there is also a common room, kitchen, bathroom (with shower over bath) and a second separate shower-room.   

The house is in a terrace with a number of other student homes facing the Styles bar and is partially powered by Solar panels on the roof to reduce its carbon-footprint.
